Your account

• You must be 18 or over to join.
• Give accurate details and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Buying and selling

InDeal has no checkout. Buyers and sellers arrange payment and collection between themselves. We are not a party to any sale and do not guarantee items, services or users. Meet in safe, public places.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post but give us permission to show it on InDeal. Don't post anything illegal, misleading, abusive, spam, or that you don't have the right to share. Moderators may edit or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. Information such as alerts, events and town info is shared by the community and may be out of date. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
